Banana Coconut Chia Pudding
This easy to make banana coconut chia pudding is a very healthy and delicious breakfast.

Banana 2 (1 banana mashed and 1 banana sliced, for topping)
Full fat coconut milk ½ cup
Almond milk ½ cup
Chia seeds ¼ cup
Agave 1 tablespoon
Ground cinnamon 1 teaspoon
Coconut flakes, for topping
- Combine mashed banana, coconut milk, almond milk, chia seeds, agave, and cinnamon in a bowl and whisk until well combined.
- Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour to firm up.
- Divide the chia pudding between serving cups and top with sliced banana and coconut flakes.
