Ingredients

  • Banana 2 (1 banana mashed and 1 banana sliced, for topping)

  • Full fat coconut milk ½ cup

  • Almond milk ½ cup

  • Chia seeds ¼ cup

  • Agave 1 tablespoon

  • Ground cinnamon 1 teaspoon

  • Coconut flakes, for topping

Directions

  • Combine mashed banana, coconut milk, almond milk, chia seeds, agave, and cinnamon in a bowl and whisk until well combined.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour to firm up.
  • Divide the chia pudding between serving cups and top with sliced banana and coconut flakes.
